NEW parents submit the Request form below to begin enrollment. Important: Read the steps below to understand the registration process.

Existing families log into your Brightwheel account to submit the New form & handbook saved to your child's profile. A new form & PH is required every summer. Registration does Not automatically roll over.


What happens next? Scroll down to see the Steps to Enroll. We manually set up profiles and process forms which can take 2-3 business days. Same day registrations are not possible. The request form is not the Registration form, this will be emailed after we receive your Request.

NEW PARENTS:

After you submit the Request form above, we manually create your child's profile in the billing and management platform we use called MyBrightWheel (BW). We then email you our digital forms/Admission packet. To complete enrollment check your Inbox OR Junk mail for 2 invites emailed from MyBrighthwheel including the Little Heroes digital Registration Form, Parent Handbook (Admissions packet) & instructions to add your payment method. Registration can take 2-4 business days depending how quickly you submit forms and make payment for tuition and the annual registration fee. Same day registrations are not possible.

3 STEPS to complete enrollment:

1) Follow the BW link and enter the email you gave us to create a password to Log in. Complete & submit the registration form and Sign the parent handbook.

2) Add your payment method, click on Default and Autopay to save the information correctly. Note: ACH/Bank .60 cent/each transaction. Credit/Debit card 2.0%/each transaction. If you add a bank account BW will verify your account with 2 micro deposits, be on the look out.

3) Download the free App Brightwheel. IMPORTANT: Please turn ON your Brightwheel app Notifications to receive Important updates regarding on your child, instructions and announcements. The Brightwheel App is the primary way we communicate with parents.
