Program Registration PreK/K- 8th grade

Little Heroes uses the Free Parent App called www.myBrightWheel.com for registration, billing, daily digital check in, check out and messaging. You can view & pay invoices on you phone, check out at pick up, receive photos of your child playing, important parent notifications, send messages if your running late or need to pick up promptly for a dentist appointment and more.

1. Sign and return the signature page of the Parent Handbook to begin or renew registration. Email the form or drop off at our table after school.

4. You will recieve an email invitation from Brightwheel to Enroll in Auto pay and set up your CC or Bank account on the Website on your computer. (not the phone app). Important: Add authorized pick up persons, Allergy or Custody pick up instructions.
5. Little Heroes will email your invoice from MyBrightwheel.
6. AFTER you receive your Brightwheel invitation; Download the Free App on your smart phone to connect to your student's school.
7. On your phone app Manage your 4 digit pin under Edit Profile. Use the app to Check Out your child on campus, receive photos and send us messages.
8. Add a photo of your child and emergency contact numbers to your phone app.
9. Important: Email your student's day time teacher your after school schedule and permission to dismiss to Little Heroes.

You can pay the semester in Full or Auto Draft Monthly payments. Payments are due the 1st of month or a late fee of $25.00 is applied.
